"I highly recommend Hart Roofing & Construction. From beginning to end, the experience was professional and customer focused. I personally worked with Dustin, the owner. He was hands-on. He worked directly with me as we navigated the insurance process and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the project. What impressed me most was the responsiveness. Whenever an issue or question came up, the company did not simply make a phone call or send a message. They showed up on site and made sure the problem was addressed. The entire roof replacement was completed in one day. The roofers worked efficiently to get the job done. Good customer service is about more than completing the work. It is about being available, taking responsibility, and making sure the customer is satisfied. Hart Roofing & Construction did that for us. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them to other homeowners looking for a roofing contractor they can depend on. — Dr. Daryl D. Green"

"Perfect company for our needs. We have used them on multiple projects. It is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. Normally there is no follow-up from a company. With Hart Roofing they follow-up after the job is completed. Response to assess the issue is quick, complete with a temp fix. It is like having your own family roofing company. Thank you Josh, Michelle and your entire crew!"

"It’s never good when a tree falls on your shingled roof. Hart roofing came quickly, assessed the damage for repair with a more than reasonable estimate. A tarp to protect from further rain and weather damage was offered and accepted. I’ve previously used Hart Roofing for my metal roof on my main house after a hurricane caused damage, also from another tree. The price and service is why Hart Roofing was my first call this time too. They’ve since completed repairs including new framing with replacement from the damage. I chose to replace the entire roof, already over 20 years old. Materials used by Hart Roofing again exceeded my expectations with a better durability over the previous roof which I project to last over 30 years ahead. The value is both in the quality of craftsmanship and materials used. The integrity is personal in the way Hart Roofing does business."

"I have to say that after interviewing 10 potential roofers for over a month and listening to their input and suggestions Hart roofing met and exceeded my expectation to replace my roof. They all listed in their opinions what was needed and all sang a different tune as to the work and price. I have to say that Joshua (owner of Hart Roofing) was the real deal and a pleasure to work with. No crazy quotes of what had to be done, replaced, or might need to happen just straight honest work with quality material at a very fair price. Most roofs in the neighborhood take about a day and a half for smaller roofs. Mine was done in a day, on time, and with a crew that went all out in taking care of business. My roof looks great and if you truly want an honest roofer who is not going to muddle your brain with a lot of fluff, Hart roofing is my recommendation. Tried to post photos but kept getting an error. Look him up to see his work."

"Josh was great! Came within a day to assess the roof leak and gave an estimate on line, liked using his app to approve it. Was impressed he pulled the inspection records to see who did the roof in 2020. The original roofer did not install the flashing! Turned out to be a bigger repair than he estimated because of the water damage, but Josh repaired it replacing the wood rot without an increase to his original quote. I highly recommend him! Thank you for the outstanding work and professional service! Services Roof repair for storm & wind damage"

"This was a VERY positive experience for us! They are professional, courteous, and the crew showed up on time. Our roof was put on in one day. They cleaned up well before they left, making sure there were no roofing nails or debris around the house or in the driveway. The next day, Josh (the owner) came by, and checked the work, and again looked to make sure there was no debris anywhere. The price was very reasonable! If you have questions along the way, they get answered. The company uses email as one of their forms of communication, and that worked well for us. They respond quickly. And when you call...yes, they actually answer the phone and you can speak to a real person. This is a company that cares about the quality of their work, and makes communicating with them an easy process. While most other houses in my neighborhood had roofing companies that took several days, to even weeks, Hart roofing got ours done in 1 day and they did an excellent job. "My house sustained some roof damage during hurricane Sally. I reached to several roofing companies to get it repaired. I had trouble finding one that would actually do the work as it was a smaller repair. Josh at Hart Roofing was putting a new roof on my neighbor's home next door and said he would gladly take the small job. His crew came out as promised and got my roof repaired. Josh sent me an invoice for the lowest number on the range discussed. Stand-up guy. True to his word. I highly recommend his company for your roofing needs!
