Identifying Storm Damage

Not all storm damage is obvious from the ground. While a fallen limb or missing shingles are easy to spot, high winds and hail often cause less visible damage that can lead to leaks if left unaddressed.

Wind Damage: Strong wind gusts can lift shingles and break the adhesive seal along the nail line. Even if the shingle settles back into place, the broken bond allows wind-driven rain to reach the underlayment underneath.

Hail Impacts: Hail strikes can bruise the shingle matting and knock away protective granules, exposing the underlying asphalt to sun exposure and water intrusion. We photograph and document all impact points during our free inspection.

Emergency Tarping and Dry-In

During major storms, our immediate focus is securing temporary waterproof tarps to stop active water intrusion and protect your home's interior. Once the storm passes, we conduct a full roof inspection and prepare a detailed photo report you can share with your insurer. Your insurance company determines what your policy covers.
